    The standard I use is how much money for a day of my labor. The hours are really irrelevant because of HOS.

    $150? $200? $250? $500? $1000? That is the first question. If you want to pay me a $1000 a day I am probably quite willing to put up with a rather significant level of BS.

    $150? You better make me feel really, really loved.
