Wow. That’s a lot of screens.
I use a 10 year old basic MacBook. No viruses on Mac, ever.
I hotspot from a tablet that is also my GPS.
I have the cheapest Brother laser printer in the back but laser printers do need a big inverter, I have a 2500 watt for all the kitchen stuff. After 2 years I just changed the toner cartridge for the first time.
I keep a file with all carrier packet info on my phone and that laptop for quick communication with brokers.
All office work done in the truck, even in the driveway at home.

I even don't know much about using technology tools. But glad to get some more details from this thread. Thank you so much for sharing.
Rideandrepair and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -

The screens would drive me nuts. I use the phone, when needed, for gps. I can manipulate it pretty good, for shorter routes, Best thing that ever happened for Trucking. Great for keeping track of miles. A Truck route gps would be a help, at times. But I get by without it. I’m trying to keep it simple. Avoid overlapping service. Cut the phone and cable/internet at home. Don’t miss that bill.
