lucky man getting $1.30 to Cali seems like a long shot from whenever I looked Leaving Cali there's good rates sometimes I've seen.
That is a version that I love to hear. I heard it after "911" on the local radio station. It is the best version that I know of.
Well back to my own threads... My week was all set I HAD 4400 in revenue booked and of course my 2nd load cancels so now I just think I'll go to the house. I didn't have 2.00 a mile loads booked but still good loads and of course I'd bet my load was given to a company truck. Does that happen I'd say yes but of course I can't prove it so take it as my opinion!
Over Memorial Day weekend I had a load assigned to me on Sunday that picked up on Tuesday going from pittsburgh to houston that was removed from me about 5 hours later...the reason? We had to give that load to a company driver who has a family emergency and lives in houston. Now....let's play with time for a minute. A load picking up 2 days from now that takes 2 1/2 to 3 days to get to it's destination (even as a relay)...I don't know about you guys but any family emergency I'd experience wouldn't have a 4 1/2-5 day window lol. So yeah, I feel you TennMan, I lost over 2k on that load.
