    All companies do drug tests.
    Some companies do urine drug tests and some do hair follicle drug test.

    There are plenty of companies that will hire and train felons. It's pretty much all case by case so the particulars of your crime will determine if they will give you a chance. Here are a few:

    CFI
    CRST
    Prime, Inc.
    Roehl Transport, Inc.
    Schneider
    Stevens Transport
    XPO Logistics

    You can Google "[Company name] Driver Training" to find their websites and apply.
