THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE - DFO gets a truck and hops on Schneider's IC Choice Program

Yeah, I was at Fontana the other day, took my truck over to the front of the shop to have them look at something, and this one guy saunters up with Greasy hair and dirty sloppy clothes, "Whatdja Break" .... I was like nothing and headed the other way. Later I was walking by the smokers in the smoking area, and I heard him asking someone else, "So Whatdja Break" Jeez. Why does it always have to be something broken to visit the shop?

 

I get so tired of seeing that crap. It isn't limited to truck drivers, either. WTF happened to self-respect? I don't give a rat's behind what other people think about me, but I DO care what I think of me, and I think it's pretty freaking nasty for me to run around out in public unwashed, and in nasty clothes. I may have looked kinda sloppy last night, walking into the OC to chat with DFO, but I was CLEAN!!!

 

Those two seem to be the nicest, at least in regards to the parking lots...lol.

And that's effed up...the disgruntled driver, I mean.

I was a IC at Roehl for a year before coming over as a IC to SNI nearly 4 years ago. Roehl's program is a joke compared to SNI's.

 

There is a lady that just came from Roehl in orientation this week with her own truck.

 

Day late & dollar short, I'm afraid...I'm in Edwardsville, and I dunno where DFO is tonight.

 

Tell Deb I said HI… Her Volvo left Roehl Friday… She is one of the reasons I am seriously considering going with Schneider and the choice plan too.

 

Sure will..Time to hit the rack..Long days packed with info...Brain overload which doesn't take much for me

 

Drifter what truck to you get and how long is the lease on yours? I am sure you have stated before but could not find the posts. I hope it goes well for you.
