Is there any room on a rig for a generator? If so, where.

Well I finally got somewhere with the bank. I was able to get a personal loan for 20k and an additional 5k line of credit if I want/need to use it. The 5k is there if I need it and costs me nothing if I don't. I can pay off the 20k as early as I want with no penalty.

They wanted to see my pay stubs so I took in my settlements and I also showed them how I have been making a $905/wk payment every week since I started in Nov. This was big and definitely helped me out. Because of my lack of credit history and since I had only been an IC for 10 months they did want someone to cosign with me, but that's OK. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised with how it all went. I was very skeptical I would get anywhere with them, but it just goes to show it never hurts to ask.

My payment will be... ***DRUMROLL PLEASE***

    $100 week.

Now I just need to decide on my new ride.

Nice! Don't pay it off too quick so you can build up your credit. May even look into refinancing it later in your own name with that bank or another.

    dieselfuelonly Thanks this.

May be 20K on top of what he already has to widen the options.

Yes that is the plan. I'm assuming moosc had a moosc comment then edited his post lol. It gives me plenty of room to buy a decent truck and have money left over to cover any issues I may run into. I didn't want to drop everything on a truck and have nothing left over to cover the expenses that come with an older used truck with no warranty.
