I show minimum 15 mins for pre every day since it requires more work. Post and unloading loading I show 8 mins. About the time it takes to hand shipper bills or pu bills.

Me personally I show a 15m pretrip (combined with fueling if I can), 5 minutes on-duty at a customer, regardless of live or d&h, and 5 min post trip. Never had a word said to me about it. I stretch my hours about as far as I can go lol.

Got to Carlisle tonight... dunno what my plan is yet, not sure if I'm gonna deliver tomorrow then pickup and head for NC or reset. Guess I'll have to call in and see if I can deliver early or not to NC, then go from there. I'm in no hurry so I'll probably be around Carlisle for a while if anyone else is gonna be here. I'm easy to spot, the only clean truck on the outside in the lot LOL.

DFO what time did you come thru SC or NC today if you did? I saw a clean truck pulling an orange trailer on 85 this morning about 8:00 am and was wondering if it was you. It sure was all cleaned up.

When I went through my 3 month thing at the OC, it seemed like most of what they were telling me was a matter of opinion. For example how much time should be on line 4 for a d&h and fueling and post trips and that everytime I go off duty that I need to put TIV in. There's more but I can't recall the rest. It just felt to me that a lot of it was wasting time that we are already short on.
