The power of mega carriers, is out of control

Dam if I'm not doing my due diligence!!
I work many hours weeks at a time trying to sipher through all the bs.
I make calls I send emails I talk to drivers Hell I even visited companies and got tours.
What the hell else is there if that's not due diligence? Some of you just like pushing peoples buttons don't you?
Don't make stupid assumptions which is more likely ? I'm not doing due diligence or their lying?
Which is more probable? The rich mega carriers lying to us Or us not doing enough due diligence?

 

First of all I would never or have I ever abandoned a truck that's a matter of record and can be proven and before they hire me they know at least that much.
And there is a contract between us they expect me to do and ai expect them to do,and it is signed by both of us. When zi say they don't hold up their end of the bargain a contract is what Im talking about.

 

Just tell dispatch that you only want to stay in the Midwest and only the Midwest and I guarantee you they’ll send you somewhere else.

 

I drive like a bat out of hell you know nothing and assume way too much, all I'm saying is in any other industry if the contract is breached because someone lies they not only get sued but in some cases go to jail.
Only in trucking do the workers put up with so much crap, we just take it and keep on trucking and I would be a fool to buy any kind of truck right now any one who gives it enough for thought would know that. It's really simple for them they just need to uphold their end of our agreements. They know they lie, and you know they lie as well so don't tell me they don't lie. Every body here knows they lie, hell we joke about it ,it happens so much we try to laugh it off but in the end they always win. If I didn't sign up for northeast regional driving I shouldn't be forced to do it.

Don't try to tare apart my post with by trying to out smart it, I said I don't want to sue them.
That's a last resort if it is any resort at all.

Good luck with that one! Your current company isn't working with you now, so doubt if they will in the future.
