lol no need to...i know a few shipper/recievers started calling them whenever express because they were always late for pu/del
i can tell you about a male driver broke down for 4 days at a rest area no cash on him & only vending machines...or the female driver solo for 1 month...3 of her 4 solo weeks her truck was in the shop or how they dont get the veterans home so they can go for their different exams the list is crazy...no driver no matter what company they work for deserves to be stranded because of equipment failure
I know a we driver who was stranded for a few days as well. ###### company. I'd rather flip burgers and not pay bills rather than go back there and not pay bills. And don't get me started about them running over your 14 EVERY DAY!
No, Western Express isn't the only one that gives drivers a second chance; there's several. It's up to the driver to pick the one he wants to get back on the road with. During my career I've seen many drivers beg for a job and the company would hire them. After they are comfortable and got what they want out of the company, then it's now the worst company they've ever worked for.
yea i got to the point where i ran my 14 out 2 times per week..they didnt give a s#%t as long as you picked up or delivered the load they could care less where you shut down
I know drivers at W.E that can't check oil. They have to call breakdown and ask them. Don't know that a blown tire isn't a flat tire. Where do I open hood? My trailers back-up lights aren't working????????????? Answer these questions???????
Yep their trainer, heavy drinker,on some type of drugs, and more than likely they have quit and came back.
