Thinking About Buying A Used Stinger With My Own Authority

The reason I still owe six figures on this house is because I didn't buy this house until 2019. I bought it because I wanted to have a nice place for my now wife and kids to reside at. They both been in and out of college and will be on their own very soon.

I've done a lot of things wrong my whole life. On a personal note I'm a recover alcoholic of over 11 years now. Most of my problems and late start in life is due to all the drinking that I did. But I've made a great recovery and I'm doing pretty darn good. Better than I should be at this age.

I just started collecting full Social Security and will be throwing all of it at this house to pay it off as quickly as possible.

Retire..sell the house..then move back to the Philippines...overall cost of living..would be much lower there

No.. lol you dont need 30% down with good credit history, matter of fact if its 720+ you can get 0 down even for used truck. And i know several lenders who would do that. Or better yet - go to your bank and ask for credit line - i got 100k with 5% interest rate.

 

here is the truth - never ask strangers if you should do this or that.. because those who doing good will discourage you - nobody needs extra competition, and those who failed- they are losers and their advice souldnt matter
