your other post says you got laid off from you last job, which was LOCAL, a year ago, and this post says you quit because the sleeper was too small.... so which fabricated story are you going to stick with?

It seems like the larger the sleeper the more crap I accumulate. Probably would be better off in a day cab.

when I worked for Central they put me in a truck with a tiny sleeper,

the shop gave me a mattress that was 18 inches wider than the bed and spent months trying to convince me that it was the correct matress and that I had it on there wrong.

I even brought it up to saftey and they told me to "suck it up till we replace the truck"

Are you kidding? As a company driver I wanted the best of the best. Never did I have the attitude I deserved any less and the company should be thankful they had me as a driver. Not the other way around. I had many criteria in choosing a company to work for. Their trucks were right up there with pay and bennies. I wasn't about to spend all my time in a truck I wasn't happy with. I turned down many a job because I wouldn't be caught dead in a Volvo for instance. Automatic deal breaker. Or an automatic transmission or a dinkyass 36" sleeper.
Attitudes like yours beg to be ripped off by sleazy companies. "I'm just glad...blah, blah, blah.
Truck driving jobs are a dime a dozen, girl.
I put myself in the driver's seat so to speak, right from the start.
Govern your trucks @ 60...cya. Give any validity to DAC...CYA. Tells me you're an idiot. If I saw a release for hireright in the app, it was over. And no, as far as I know mine had nothing bad. I've refused to ever look at it tho. Matter of principle.

My sleeper is 38". I doesn't bother me but I don't stay out for months at a time either. What do you do that requires so much space? I have honestly never wished it was larger but there sure are times I am glad my truck is short and doesn't take 40 acres to turn around.

Can you calm down? You've hit the forum with a bang and we get it, trust us we get it. But seriously, tone it down a bit.

After having a t680, i won't go back to a freightliner unless it's o/o speced. Even in the fleet spec, i have a 42"wide bed. That's important to my fiance and i. I've slept so much better since i was assigned the kw.
