Getting suddenly drowsy can happen to anyone, anytime. Especially between midnight and 6:00, no matter their prior rest situation. Distracted driving can't be ruled out either. But I've seen idiot truckers parked in the dark with part of their rig well inside the travel lane of ramps.

What is so hard about driving midnight to noon?
    2 am to 2 pm?
    4 am to 4 pm?
Solar drivers getting up at 11 am make me laugh!

I used to park at a TA or a Petro that was within a two hour drive of the shipper or receiver, 90% of the time anyway. That way, I could shower, eat breakfast and walk the dog at the beginning of my day.

Contrast that with now, post-government-electronic-babysitter—now I mostly park at shippers or receivers and shower once or twice a week. I imagine my dog probably hates it too because a lot of times, she doesn’t get to go out to the bathroom until we leave the shipper/receiver. It also means she doesn’t get to eat until we get somewhere where I can let her out.

Youve quoted 2 of my responses, yet you have not been able to refute one thing I’ve said.

According to you I must be ignorant.
I guess I could look through your old posts to figure out your issue, it I’ll just save my effort and assume you just complain about everything.
Next time you want to throw your penny in the ring, at least have the common decency to have a valid arguement rather than get your panties in a wad.
