I don't see anywhere on the page (of the link you posted) where it says .42CPM.
    How are you doing there?

Come on dude you work for Create. You couldn't bust your tail if you wanted too. I pick up at a lot of the places they do, and the drivers are always getting short runs. Well here is my weekend run. Well My qualcomm died so off the top. Dalton, GA to Salt lake City. 1700 and some change. Deadheaded from Conyers GA So that 100 and some change. It's due on the 23rd. Oh and my trip b4 this one. Dead head from Cheyenne, WY to Greeley, CO 50 or miles Then Loaded Greeley, CO to Conyers, GA. It was 1400 and some change but they called me back to the plant so ended up being a 1700 mile trip.

You still new bro. Don't let the numbers fool ya. When I started trucking. JB Hunt did their .37 to .41 cent deal but wouldn't run the drivers, and so many have followed in the foot steps. So Yeah if the company knows they are going to barely run you. Of course they give a higher cpm. But really don't be surprised when you take a big pay cut when you go to a real otr company. Or you can stay regional or do flatbed or tanker and make the higher cpm, but do more siting and mowing the grass under your truck. Anyway. I got to go to bed. This carpet is going to be ready anytime, and I got miles to knock out.

P.S The next lesson is going to cost you kid. This one is on the house. Yeeeeeeeee Hawwww.
You can learn a lot from a Super Trucker. :)

Well I know is so far I'm doing well.

I have met a lot of drivers already and most are doing them.
The ones doing bad seem to have the same dispatcher.

A lot of people to well here and many report their miles on this thread

There's no perfect company however, I'm well aware of that.

Never-the-less, rank newbs are started at 42-cpm plus a weekly variable fuel bonus. Ask the guys posting in the Prime forum. My first FULL year out (when they started at 30-cpm with a three-month boost to 34-cpm) I made $48k before taxes. I'm an owner-op now (not a lease driver) and my net before taxes last year was $80k.

You post wasn't out of line at all.Just voicing your opinion is all.Of course I have to disagree because im right and you're wrong.Trucking pay is well below what it should be.Why do you think I haven't drove for awhile.I don't miss driving at all.Im still looking and im more pickier now.The better jobs are just as picky and don't blame them. What im seeing here for local work is paying by the mile and getting home every few days.Or local driver/warehouse worker or getting paid by the mile or on call basis.Thats not local. If companies wanna pay below average wage for drivers fine at least pay more for detention and not sitting at the dock for hrs before detention kicks in.Some drivers have to unload their freight and they don't get paid for it.Alot of drivers are averaging between 1800 and 2000 miles a week at less then 32 cpm. There's a lot more to it then what companies pay per mile but all the added extras drivers do for free.

How did you make 48K starting a 30CPM and going to 34 at 3 months?
were on on the flatbed side getting tons of tarp pay or what?

You seem to be doing well.
Do u run under your own authority or are you signed onto a company paying percentage?

I'm on my first load with Crete tonight, although I'm on the "shaffer side".
Came over here with less than 1 year because well I could be better than the 20 something CPM I was making. Plus did my research on here and most seemed happy.

What kind of Shenanigans are you trying to pull. How can you average 2800 miles a week and you just did your first load a day ago. I should be sleep. Counting mile markers, but I'm up playing inspector gadget. You think because you can tell a fib. You can pull one past a seasoned, deep fried, sauteed, buttered up Super Trucker. Not on my watch kid. When you get a few weeks in let us know your average. Mr .43.

    I ain't never!!
