TransAm trucking 1 year experience starts u at .32CPM!?! What makes them worth it?

    Okay there Mr. Ego did you READ.

    I'm a Shaffer driver, "on the shaffer side", all I've done was reefer.
    I got my first "Crete load" which is dry van.

    Being I signed on with Shaffer I still get paid the same rate even if I pull a Crete dry van.

    Dude the truck says create Shaffer. They are all the same. You have blue trucks pulling red trailers. You have red trailers pulling blue trucks. How was I suppose to know. You meant whatever you meant. And Please I go by Super. Not Mr Ego. Don't you know I'm the president, cfo, ceo, and HBO of the Super truckers hall of fame? If you want to be inducted one day. You better learn to watch your mouth. I'll let this one go as a warning. Just don't let it happen again.

    Dude I just pulled 900 plus miles in a 25 hr period and you are going to crush me on a technicality. I can make 1 mistake per 24 hour period or my induction to the Super truckers hall of fame may be in jeopardy. Even though I am the President, CEO,CFO, HBO, and NBC of the Super truckers hall of fame. Anyway I would love to chat, but there's still 500 plus miles to pay dirt. So I will have to move the press conference back a few hours. We back quiet, and the hammer is back down. WE goneeeeeeeeee~~

    I will say this, I don't understand "Crete/Shaffer" truck business model.

    I am a shaffer driver and have a red truck, in fact I've already had two red trucks because one broke down and they swapped me out.
    What color truck a driver has here doesn't mean which side they're on, 95% of the time it's the trailer they're pulling.
    They will sometimes give a Crete driver a shaffer reefer load.. and still pay them at the Crete rate.
    Doesn't happen often but it does happen.

    As far as trucks go.. it's luck of the draw.
    They have stripped down cheapo depot midroof freightshakers with "optimized idle" and they also have prostars double bunk with the battery pack with start stop and loaded up with tons of options.
    I seen first hand drivers here that break down and refused a swap out and instead to pay for their own hotel and wait for their truck to be fixed.
    Not only that, I am now in a truck with paper logs still.
