Tri-Pac Fan not blowing?

Inside the air handler under the bunk there is a fan. It is unique to the AC side of the equation. Air is sucked in from the sleeper (usually a vent on the kicker panel) passed over the cooling coils and then blown back into the sleeper.
Nice cold air follows.
There is a second fan inside the sleeper. It is only a fan and is totally independent of the AC unit. It is controlled from the same TK digital control panel.
As I have said It is independent of the AC side of things. It has 3 positions and is controlled by pressing the button on the right side of the control panel. On mine a green dot will light up. There are 3 positions moving the dot upwards each time the button is pressed the intensity of the fan will increase.
The fan outside the truck on the back of the sleeper is part of the heat exchanger and pulls air through that black affair you see up there. If that packs up you will get an AC 5 error message on the display and everything will shut down.
If the internal fan that is just a fan packs up the unit will still work. If the fan inside the air handler under the bunk dies the AC will not work and the unit will shut down. It has to or the compressor could be damaged.

Which fan is not working?
Are you still getting cold air?

If you would like me to explain how the AC works I would be happy to oblige although a quick trip to the internet can give that. We can also check the control panel but first my questions please. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The fan behind the bunk stopped working and inside on the control panel a code saying “ACS” is showing. the unit runs for few minutes and stops working and that code shows up
