You paying your guy 1.50 on all miles. You paying tolls and they use your wagon? + 100% fsc?

When my dad was leased to Nealon the last time around for 2 yrs before he got the 2nd truck and jumped ship he was at 1.65-1.70 after the carriers 28%. From reading about your O/O he's been with you a while and is happy. That in itself says a lot.

 

Yes, he’s in 1.50/mi but I’m going to 1.60/mi here soon. All hub miles. But yes, we pay and supply everything except the truck, collision insurance, and fuel. It’s the equivalent of making 2/mi or so as an independent but with no headaches and immediate pay.

It's not so much pain, as much as having mend back together as properly as possible.

If the bones are displaced, not aligned, or you're going to keep aggravating it, then surgery is better.
