U really do not want to go to work for PRIME...

Not just driveing a truck, BUT leaseing an overpriced truck

 

You do have a point BUT not all of us bashed her, but yet you bashed all of us. now where's your advice?

 

Not all were bashing, and some of those who did are not bad people, from what I can see elsewhere. I just wanted everyone to think about how it looks when they discuss the messenger, and not the message.

A lot of her posts are about things that are old news to some of us, but not everyone knows that, when they decide to post what they do.

This site is for trucker to help each other. There's plenty of people outside this website that tear us down, and think of us as poorly educated, because of our career choice. Let's not bring their attitude on here, and beat up on each other.

We should thank God for people who would marry a trucker, since we are a whacky bunch, doing a job that is very tough on family life. Let's not reward her by picking on her.

 

Dude, she came in with a post fractured to hell and gave less than a sliver of information. This is exactly what I was talking about in the information forum. When I want to read something, I want it to make sense. I'm sorry, but my brain demands coherence for processing purposes. I hate Prime as much as the next guy, but I won't make a garbled post with zero information on them because that would be foolish.

On the other note... If she's been here for awhile and read different threads about companies, well than why did they still go with Prime?
I really don't understand it, people thinking they can reinvent the wheel and make it better and succeed with Prime/cr England/etc. even after all these bad threads about the company.


If someone asks me about a company or I talk to someone at a CDL school, I try to help them out as much as possible and inform them. But if after talking and reading on here you still go ahead and go with one of these horrible companies, well than I'm sorry but don't expect too much sympathy from me.

 

This is what can happen when you get drunk and post. Don't do it.

 

You people love to bash companies you know nothing about. I'm very happy here at Prime.

 

Because you get these knuckleheads who will come on here and say things like "you are just a disgruntled former employee" or " you get what you make out of it".

You give some people hope, and they will run with it. Even though logic would suggest otherwise. Sure some may succeed at Prime, but what are the chances? Heck what are the numbers on leases at Prime being successfully completed versus drivers seating those trucks? or does anyone ask about having a Lawyer to look over the lease agreement? How many miles to run to break even before you get paid, will you ever see the house again while you are paying off their truck?

 

Its not about miles. Its about Gross Revenue. L/Os get a percentage, plus other monies.

 

Oh yeah? Where should I start?
