Uberfreight not paying for loads

Hi there! I am also having a payment issue with Uber Freights. So far 6 emails sent with no reply and 3 calls to payment department. They say that paperwork rejected bc BOL doesn’t pertain to the load number when it clearly stated BOL # on rate con.
Has your issue been resolved?

 

Worked with them almost 4 years, had some frustrating moments, like with any broker. 2 months ago they refused to pay me a $1400 load. Won't return calls, or emails. 4 of our sister companies and myself stopped working with them. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks
