    Change companies. Dozens to choose from since you have a year experience.
    CPM doesn't mean enough to keep from going to a decent company. I know guys making .36 cpm and still making $72K per year because of accessorial pays pulling tankers. There's guys making over $100K driving for Trimac Transportation.
