You can set one up direct through the Post Office.. http://www.usps.com/receive/businesssolutions/poboxesonline.htm?gclid=COPPruWeyqcCFZFoKgodU27dFQ Or she could go to any of the thousands of private box places.. I've never had a PO box so you're really asking the wrong person..
Just FYI a post office box will cost about $37 for 6 month and will be more for a bigger box- don't quote me here but I know someone who got one recently
I am a man, an i admitt when i'm wrong, an i was wrong for posting the address, i had permmission from the mods. but you are right it leaves the door open for other things... an for that i appologize, honestly i have been wraped up with the health issues and didnt even think of this..Ken gave me a great idea an ill do it as soon as i head home in 2 week , i will set up a po box for them....once again, i was wrong. ..thanks for the heads up...
Rental fees on PO boxes vary in cost based on location. I pay $40.00 a year. If I go to the neighboring borough, I would pay $60.00 for the same size box. With a PO box, I believe any mail not picked up within two weeks is returned to the sender... so she'd have to commit to stopping by there somewhat regularly. Also, the lobby (where the boxes are) usually has longer hours than the window (where you're assisted by the postal employees) does... which gives you more time to get there during the week.
