USXPRESS newbie review and RANT!!!!

I'm a newbie fresh out of the womb... Recruiter initially said I will make .34 per mile and if I get my hazmat I will make an additional .2 per mile.. Ok, I join their school and during school orientation I was told its .31 per mile plus an additional .2 per mile if I get hazmat..ok, now I'm first seat driver with my hazmat and I'm making (drum rolls) a whopping .27 per mile and no additional cents for hazmat.. "I must be running team to get hazmat pay".. I'm embarrass to say the job I left to start this " new career".. Also I'm job searching everyday I'm on this slave truck and I must admit I got a lot of respect for the large company drivers because, man can they take the dick these companies are shoving thru their rectums constantly.. If you think I'm kidding go to Schneider Facebook page and read how they are loving their $500 per week for 70 hours of work and they brag about the company making record profits and in the "elite status" of the trucking industry. Makes you wonder if they took the blue pill Morpheus was offering.. Anyway if there is someone reading this post thinking taking the plunge into this abyss I will say you have been warned!!! Oh I was warned also but didn't listen because I over thought this whole process in the beginning by jumping from review to review and thread to thread and didn't heed the warning in the beginning..

 

They just offered me a bus ticket.
Im hoping someone else offers a position,in the next day or two.
Maybe usa trucking or pam,would be better?
Ive exhausted my savings,and need a job,like yesterday.

Wouldn't surprise me if usx is the next workplace tragedy

If they lied to you about the pay, why didn't you immediately hit the bricks?

I would go to Prime first, Crete second, or Swift third if you are newbie with no training... I avoided those companies because they were the "established megas" I thought USXpress was big company with a little of small company love..Lol.. Oops I got to go because one of my 5000 bosses is messaging me..

 

Companies were paying that 20 years ago. Sad.

 

This is the type of people these Megas thrive on, therefor this is why the pay is peanuts. People who have exhausted all means and need Anything that brings in any form of money.
