As stated. EGR differential pressure sensor is usual culprit. Could also be wiring to sensor.

For those who has this code:
    Cummins P411
    Volvo SPN411
EGR differential pressure sensor is reading high or low data.
Possible causes of this fault code include:
A damaged EGR differential pressure sensor
A leaking low or high EGR differential pressure tube
    A stuck open EGR valve

I tried this, didn't work, the inner tubes are narrow curved hard to aces via sensor ports, maybe better from inside, get clogged with gummy soot , have rubber seals which can be damaged if you stick a sharp pin inside. See photos , i opened one after replacing.

Could you advise where are pressure valve, tube or sensor located? My truck started to make exhaust whistle noises used to do before only during regen but not all the time. The code SPN 411 FMI5 was only for a little bit but then dissapeared. I had before error code SPN 5298 FMI 18

I cleaned the ports out with a stranded metal cable placed in a drill. It just happened that my hood latch cable was broken around the time I cleaned mine, so I clipped off a 5 inch section or so and it was perfect. If you can start the hole with a pick or something sturdy, then the wire will just follow the bends in the port until it comes out the other end. My venturi pipe is for a D16, so it is one piece without the "not a step" part.
