I couldn't imagine waiting 9 HOURS, how in the #### did you wait 9 DAYS without calling them and asking what's up?

He said that he calls every day and actually speaks to them. They know about his situation. I don’t think I’d have the patience for that.

Time saved is more important than money saved.

It sounds pretty common for a bottom feeder company. It was pretty typical when I worked for a company called Super Service out of Somerset Kentucky.
Needless to say I was making phone calls the entire time looking for another job.

9 days......Not a chance in hell and I don't care who the company was, I wouldn't sit like that unpaid. At some point, if this is real, you'd think some common sense would kick in by day 2 or 3.....anything past that and you've got to wonder.

That's great but don't you work for WalMart? They tend to get a little bit better treatment from shippers.
What works for you, out there in Wally World, may not always work for the majority of drivers whose companies don't have the clout that yours does.
