Yeah I loathe all the slag and traffic on the airwaves; I’ve kept mine off for 30 plus years because of such, but when warranted I turn it on… ie., bad weather, or wanting to inform myself of what’s ahead, or for any information I might want to obtain from or share with another driver in close proximity. No other developed device as of yet has even come close to what cb radio communications can offer… I don’t run without it.
All your posts on this subject is “I” “I” “I”… being a “professional” driver isn’t all about just you! Basically, your stating that it doesn’t matter to you what happens to all others on the road just as long as “you” don’t have any issues… so unprofessional!!!
Good to see you back on here. Do people really live in Creston? When I was working up there it was almost a ghost town.
I live in my truck more!! But, yes.. we have 212 residents; give or take.. we also have an RV in Spokane.. 45 miles away.. so we stay there a lot, too… lol
The original walmart here I come thread got locked. As the blue kool aid ppl started to go back and forth with others. So I nicely asked some current walmart drivers at the time. Would yall start up a walmart here come 2.0 Because I had left the company by then. Basically what im saying here. Please don't get this thread locked with political talk. Its informative to some that are looking to get on at walmart transportation.
If I didn’t have Lola with me, and live in Washington state, I’d love to drive for Walmart. Because of these 2 things, I’ve just driven for them contracted for many years. I basically do the same exact things, I just make about 20,000$ less than these guys. I make around $68,000… contracted.
