Will you at least answer two simple questions? I burn with curiosity about them and are asking them nicely.

2- Humanity demands somtimes that we must take risks to help in a million small ways starting with your Blood Family and working out wards. Even a City Block of relatively strangers might be recieving this help... Do you noit wish to help People at all?

Personally Ive helpd many. SOmtimes myself. But I do not go selfishly wearing it on my sleeve as ot were.

OK, then get crackin' on that cdl and get to work. I'm a military veteran and understand where you're coming from on that issue. Many of us can see the big picture which puts it in perspective and some of us have only a myopic view which puts blinders on us like a mule pulling a plow across a field.
