I don't know much about Warren.

ATS dry van in my time consisted of Ethan Allen out of Beechers Falls at the border or beating around the Carolinas with a occasional grab of more wood products in twin cities.

I want lease purchase, preferably with a load board like Landstar or Schneider, or a dispatcher who sends multiple loads like Mercer and ATS. I'm from the Oklahoma City area.

Happy dispatchers used to give me a choice of 5 loads to choose from a form of reward for a junk bad odious load taken care of. I used to depend on those special choices.

Warren does LP, but there is no load board. It's first in/first out and no weekend dispatch. If you get something that delivers late Friday or anytime on the weekend, you'll sit until Monday when dispatch comes back to work. And they won't pre-plan a load for you. Until you do your empty call on the QC, they won't even start looking for another load for you.

I'd avoid it like the plague if I were you.

Heavys experience with ATS is ancient. I think back in the 90's. They no longer remove a fuel tank. Specialized is the way to go. I made a lot of money on the lease plan. Theres plenty of info on them if you use the search. I have a couple of threads myself.

Are you still a lease op with ATS? Also, I see from your profile that you're from New Orleans. Do they have a lot of freight in South Louisiana? I've thought of relocating to Lafayette.

I just started running with Warren Transport, dry van short haul division. Because of where I live I can work for the most part, Monday thru Friday off the weekend. So I take off when dispatch takes off.

No, I ended up leaving the industry due to health issues. I'm hoping to return to trucking in the next few months, and honestly I'll probably just lease back on with Prime. Even when I left they were easily the classiest company I've ever done business with and honestly I probably still have enough clout with my connections in Springfield to carve out a gig I can be happy with. I'll probably just do a lease purchase there and consider Landstar or own authority once it's paid off.
