Pay them for work. Things like washing the truck, filing records, as long as it is verifiable as business operations. This is a business expense, that you deduct. They would be part time employees. Not a lot of problems there. Not sure what the new number is, but only pay wages up to the point that they would have no taxes, it’s like $7500 a year. Put it in a savings account. Then open an IRA account for them and put money in that up to the maximum yearly amount. Basically you just reduced the business income by $15k per eligible child. Legal too.
