Western Star Gauge Problem-This is Bizarre!

Im haveing same problem.truck sat a few days.then when i left out all the guages were stuck..any ideas

Im have kinda same problem.all my guages just stopped except air guages.for 3 weeks i ben pulling my hair out on this.and data star says no engine data..but after a big rain last night.i tryed to start the truck.an had to jump it.after it started all gueages an data star worked.then after it ran about half hour.i checked an it all stopped again...wow.anybidy ever had this priblem.what is causeing it?

 

Anyone know where the fuse is he was talking about

 

The temp sencer fixed all the guages.or only temp guage?

 

Can you please tell me where exactly wast that datalink plug?

 

2016 Western Star 4700 daycab... Yeah the guages all go dead, sometimes half go dead, sometimes only 1 or 2... No patterns of failure I can grasp... The one thing that seems constant is the tractor abs lite will flash a few times before everything goes dead (and def red light flashes during guages out)... Have replaced abs cab module ("brake control module?") because my favorite shop found it to "definitely be bad".... Also replaced cab control module and that seemed to fix the prob for a couple weeks... Fighting with this prob for about a year now.. Also, the engine faults have been all over the place... I have a code reset tool and just reset it while driving lately... Sometimes it wont reset but always runs fine... Cruise always works... Odometer and hour meter went crazy... Yes ive been checking and cleaning grounds: cab firewall buss, frame, batteries...
