What about hooking up a 5500 hp turbo charger to an isx15 on a peterbilt 389?

Would an overkill 5500 hp turbo harm an isx15 and blow the motor? Would it be possible to even keep the steers to the pavement if I had that much hp under the hood?

I think your performance would be worse, far worse than if you just left it alone. There's no way you're going to get that turbo to spool. Not without a #### ton more fuel and even then the turbo lag would probably be horrible.

The turbo itself wont hurt anything but it wont work as well as the stock sized one.

There isn’t any one part that automatically gives you X HP. It takes a carefully selected combination of parts to work together to achieve usable HP. The higher you go the less streetable you become.

Just need 11 more smaller turbos in front of it stepping down in size. I’d call BD Diesel and see if they make one already.
