Jump rope with hiit body weight calisthenics… you can get creative if not the Crossrope app has some amazing stuff, the workout were free , they should still be but not sure if they went mainstream or not

I used to unload my own reefer. At the time the company would pay me what the lumpers charged.

Most places I would get a really good workout when the "only pallet jack we got" had jacked up wheels.
Depending on the location, $40 to the forklift guy and the pallets would magically appear on the dock for me to break down.

I found gyms to not work out too well. Have what you need in the truck. Don’t have much time to waste.

Self discipline…toughest fight in the world, but once attained, you remove all of your limits.

Your biggest obstacle to working out and going to the gym while OTR will be TIME. There’s not enough time to preplan your next day (if you want to be good at what you do you will have to preplan your trip) and eat and shower and S-L-E-E-P, while staying in the gym in a different city every day. So…

Someone recommended flatbedder to you. It would help. The binders have just enough weight to be effective to do curls and military press, the tarps are heavy enough to be effective for bench press and squats, and the trailer has a run rail that you can do pull ups on. It’s a win win for the OTR gym rat.

I worked on a truck once that had the passenger seat removed and stationary bicycle installed in its place
