what does it mean when a job posting says something like $23.25/hr. guaranteed?

    A lot times I'll tell a receiver no worries im always good for a nap Lol and I usually get empty quicker than i thought i would

    Ive got some bad news here our factorys and mills here are hiring people off the street here with no diploma or experience here in Cheeseland for more than us local P&Ds or Yard Dogs make , why drive anything?
    No hocus pocus in those jobs , abundant OT , double time Sundays and Holidays ,are we suckers.
