What does it mean when your delivery time is 4/19 at 00:00? Hubby wasn't sure what time to deliver. The drop site is a home depot. Thanks for your help!

Wednesday night/Thursday morning. 00:00 is the midnight hour.
-
24 hour clock.
4/18 at 23:59 = 11:59 PM on the 18th
4/19 at 00:00 = one minute later...at Midnight...which makes it the 19th. -
at times it also means that an appt has not been made yet. It being a Home Depot, a time zone wil be made, especially with Plus 1.
-
00:00 actually signifies that no delivery appointment has been set yet. He needs to contact his DM to get an appt.
-
Put in ETA that he expects to be there. CSR/Planner will try to get that del time at location.

Thank you. Message hubby and in the meanwhile he got messaged delivery is 4/19 between 03:00~0630. Btw. Fyi nurses use military time for charting, med adm but kinda cute how y'all trying to teach me. Work has been horrible this week and you made me smile. Thank you...
FloTheWaitress and lv gn Thank this. -
If its a load I don't really like I deny a 00:00, reason incomplete dispatch. Since I don't know the delv time/ date, it could slow your week down you never know with those.
-
For what it's worth, there is no such time as 00:00. Midnight is 2400 hours.
Easttexan Thanks this. -
The planners have a code for those loads, called GONOW, which just means go ahead and get the pick up and sometime during your run they will send the completed dispatch with the actual delivery time.
A lot of times you can look at the customer and figure out the delivery time yourself based on how many miles it is and when the pick up was. Home Depot's don't usually receive freight til 6 am local time.
