What if it Snows?

When we woke we had to initiate the bunk heater as we were nar frozen death.

Also very thirsty, and probably near death do to dehydration.

 

F. Forgot the cereal.

 

The way I work-yes. I already had a load. Waiting to unload now in the Windy.

 

This TA in Barstow is pretty amazing. It's this giant place of business that has nothing.

They do have coffee. And it's free. Win there.

But outside of that there's nothing. Two individually wrapped donuts.

"Are you guys making burritos?"

Yes. But she just went on her 30 minute break. How do you need a 30 at 0400 in the morning?
Where did she go? There's nothing here, no where to go.

Is she clustered with the other employees that spend most of their time hiding? Working at not doing anything?

When we stopped last night, we went by The J first, and there was not one, not even one spot open. TA had about a dozen. Wonder why?

I know it all filled up quickly cause of that monster back up.

But where are the employees????

The OM is like," It's California. They're not here to work, they're here to be entitled."

Might need to go with a Beefaroni.

 

Just ordered 2 Bacon egg & cheese biscuits, 2 coffee. Got 2 McGriddles instead. First time we’ve tried them. Pretty good for a change. Taste better than they look. We were both surprised. Two thumbs up. Buy one get 2nd for $1.00. Total $9.00. My food review for the day.

Got my sights set on Blue Beacon in Glendale Ky. Then Nashville for Tues Delivery. Then ??? Anywhere warm. LOL.

 

The burrito girl came back so now we're happy. Definitely will need an unplanned stop for cereal though

The OM feels like it's been traumatic enough having to come into THE COMMUNIST STATE.

Windy as 97 mofo's too.

 

These gals are all 30 somethings and the two friends are in fact married. I got a good laugh at one of them a few minutes before she left about her husband. I said I would not take it personally her husband felt safe having her here in MY apartment all day! All in all, it was a great day having them here. It was time for this place to have the sounds of 3 friends enjoying each other's company. I ate pretty well too! It looks like I have a small breakfast steak and some fake eggs (yuck) coming in a minute!
