Let's examine that for a moment.

    Laundry mat is $10.

    So that's 200 trips.

Let's say $10 for gas under the Bananas Administration, so still be 100 trips.

    That's close to 10 years.

If I didn't want to put that many miles on the Chamaro, this wouldn't even by a question.

Yes, it was. So far it is just a home test. But, Keri went and bought it after a bad bout of morning sickness. It is interesting though because my birthday is in the middle of April.

The house came with this huge sink in the laundry room.

Talking with The OM, we think it's there to wash the clothes in, and all the fence Opus mentioned is to hang the wet laundry on.

Not too mention it will save the children from a dirty planet.

You could buy used and be done with it at around $250 for washer and dryer.

Seriously housing is slowing what will it run you in a few months for your upscale washer dryer?

Hopefully you didn’t buy one of those exploding Samsung bottles.

$250 would be acceptable to myself and The OM.

Hipster resale value also must be considered. So probably get a front loader.

The builder that did this one is starting the exact same house, with slightly smaller kitchen, for $100K moar than I paid, about a half mile away. Housing may be slowing, but that's a $100K increase in 17 months.

We're looking at Maytag. 10 year warranty.

I'm thinking we could hand awful lot of clothes on the fence.

If I was to replace the washer and dryer at home, I wouldn’t purchase anything from places like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I would get the speed queen brand. Top quality last a long time easy to fix. However not exactly the cheapest but it would last 30 years.
