I like those cause they don't have electronics. Manual settings.

I guess that's a HUGE thing talking with the guy, the new washers weigh the clothes and decide how much water to add / is needed.

I guess things get afu from that.

One of the things that I like about the Maytag “commercial grade” ones. All old school mechanical/analog controls.

The washer we have is a top load LG, it is a basic unit, the dryer is the Maytag “commercial grade” one. The LG replaced an exploding Samsung, when the matching dryer died, the Maytag took its place. When these die, speed queen will be purchased. The dryer was actually heavier than the washer. I don’t think it’s going to die anytime soon.

    Yes.

    Rental market.

Studio rat hole in Chandler or Scottsdale is $1800+ month. 500 square feet.

Studio rat hole in the bario I-17 super ghetto is $1100 month.

The people being evicted are vets and retirees that the Bananas Administration seems to have forgotten about.

The speed queens would have been about $3K out the door and delivered.

They are very nice. They're commercial without the coin slot.

But these will do me and The OM just fine.
