Not saying it’s true — but Moscow might be a college town but it’s surrounded by the hinterland and populated by a healthy population of loggers— possible that the perp has already been taken care of and could be a coyote turd by now

Years ago, sitting on a plane in the line up for a runway out of Atlanta... Only time I ever knew them to serve drinks before airborne.
Fellow loan company manager from Clarksdale, MS ordered, was served, sighed, and said: I wonder what the pore folks at home are doing right now? I've mulled that question often in idle moments. Empathy.. Sympathy, or so glad he had arrived from plowing a mule in a cotton field to a white shirt and tie job. We analyzed our career climbs with booster shots all the way to Memphis. No answers found.

Stapleton — I made the mistake of buying a round for a bunch of Rangers heading out to some exotic undisclosed location— they won’t let a squid be ahead on the tab, guess it’s a matter of honor

The OM thinks if they put a sizable bounty on him, he's already been caught.

They don't seem to even be entertaining the idea the guy might not even be an American. We're still not sold on the fact that this wasn't a hit either.
