    From the story I heard this morning I’d guess it was dragged about 4-5 miles at least.

    OK that took a while to sink in what I was seeing.

    Looks like somebody had a locked up brake and ground away the tires. Then swapped one flat to the other side so they had one tire with air on each side.

    No, they’re ALL flat. Left rear inside at least didn’t look dragged nearly down to the rim though.

    Only minor flooding, just making the street drains back up. This is bad for the Raccoons and opossums that live in the storm drains. They are now homeless.
