I was looking at their .454 Casull. Don't know why. Too much money though.

Is it possible to fiend a wrecked from rear truck with an engine that will interchange. Depending on its miles and maintenance, might repackage you.
Swap out and sell your core.

Save your money cause they are not enjoyable to operate— picture was to give Dave a little jab — couple years ago a guy gave me a .454 Casull that he bought from them— 3 rounds through it, I gave it back to him and told him to give it to somebody he hates

I guess .454 Casull, .50AE, and this here .500 have their aficionados, and they must certainly have their niche uses.....but I always figured that if you NEEDED that much firepower, wouldn't a rifle be a better choice?

    I mean, apparently not, but......

Natives down here seem more restless than ever. Must be the economy maybe.

Yes, and I picked them from the heart and not my head. Two of my three kids go TCU and my oldest son graduated from TCU. My father in law and two sisters in law. And of course my bride Graduated from TCU. So, yes I’m a big fan of TCU. Go Frogs! I still can’t believe that they Won!

That's exactly what I was getting at....I get so little range time, that when I DO get some range time, I want to enjoy it.

And I don't think firing any of those hand cannons I mentioned would be enjoyable.

    That's just me, though........

Why I go shoot sporting clays when I get the itch— and I can’t see well enough to hit #### with a pistoly anymore

No. If your need is that great , you should get you a field artillery piece like we had at Ft Chaffee, AR.. Pull it around with a 2 1/2 , carrying a half ton of powder and mixed missiles, with a full crew to do the loading.. and reloading's (If needed). Could post a front bumper banner of : NO FEAR.
