The little green men are amongst us and have been for a while and are probably the reason there are so many idiots driving in ice fog without their lights on

I'm done working. I have the meal to bring in the news years with. At the hotel, motel, holiday in.

My neighbors on both sides wanted me to drink. I feel like the popular girl on the block.

Fellas... It is 10:45 P.M. (EST) in the Bluegrass of KY. Have been enjoying being with a large contingent of family gathered here; lots of good food,
and Santa must have sent my bounty up from Tupelo. I am not a football fan, but have watched several interesting games today.
My brother put 3 sons thru Miss State, 1 daughter attended Ole Miss, son in law made Oncology Doc at Ole Miss, 1 grand daughter went TX A & M, another is at Ohio State after her stint at Miami (Oh), and one here at UK. So it is hard for me to lose a weekend game at the Monday coffee shop.
The old bones are getting less responsive with the -9 temp we had last week. (It is the cold, not the 87 years).
So I am going to close for the year. It has been good for me, financially and health wise. Close family all doing well, lost some old friends to various problems, but all were in good shape to transition. Have enjoyed the to and fro here on the thread and hope you all have. Seems as if most of us enjoy life at a similar level..
It is here, we are here, so as the old song says: "You go to your church and I'll go to my church.. But lets walk along together."
Here is to a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year,2023...
