    I put my foot down on that. If I can’t eat them we aren’t getting cows. I do have 13 laying hens. We compromised.

    Mostly the English part, at least thats what I have been told.
    It seems really complicated. Some things most people would call a pie of some sort, that is mostly made with some type of meat or from meat byproducts, like the pan drippings is commonly called a pudding. Then it could also be a dessert item or course. There are some “puddings” that are made the same way, then can be served as a meal side or a dessert, the difference being the the “sauce or topping”. Pour gravy over it, thats a meal side, pour honey syrup on it, thats a dessert.
