I'd be interested in how many hands here have a line up in their feild or backyard.

Nope, no lineups of rusty cars or pickups allowed. We have a rule, if it isn't used in two years it goes to auction or to the scrapper. Except for the old farm implements of course. We might need some of that stuff this year. Or next year. A row of rusty farm equipment is alright. Everybody has one.
And the old logging equipment. You can't throw away good logging machinery. They haven't made parts for some of that stuff since the old growth days and it's really too big for today's timber but it still gets put to use every once in awhile. Okay, every ten years is a bit of a stretch but the D-7 3T paid for itself years ago and doesn't eat when it's not working.
And the old Jeep. It's a 47 and it's never been off the ranch. Me and my brothers and sisters and all my kids and a lot of the neighbors' kids learned to drive with that clunker. Can't get rid of that, there'd be a mutiny around here. It still runs and a whole new generation of kids are leaving tracks in the lower pasture with it. The high school auto shop class rebuilt the engine last winter. It didn't really need it but it gave them something to do and it's nice to be back to using more gas than oil.

    Well, actually someone did:

    "I beg your pardon
I never promised you a rose garden
    Along with the sunshine
There has to be a little TAIN sometime"..........

Well, if I owned a place, and had the space, and had neighbors who weren't a pain in the ###, I'd have a couple transit buses out back, and at least one fire truck.....
