What if it Snows?

It used to be one of the most awesomest things you could ever attend, Daytona or Talladega.

Everyone was treated unbelievably well. You asked for a beer, and a girl, and they were all pretty, no skanks, would bring you a little bucket filled with ice and three beers.

The sound was absolutely deafening.

We're 78K pounds. It only turned the fan on for like 30 seconds on that hill that's 7% at the top around MM 270 or so.

 

I delivered fluid Friday and Saturday. Next scheduled load is some oil going to Canada on Friday. I hope the parts I need for current repair attempt will show up today. Cold weather predicted for the end of the week I’m worried about the trees. The lakes around here have open water usually this time of year you can drive your car out to the ice shanty.

Going to call it 15 gallons @ 225 miles for 15MPG

5742 miles @ 750 gallons = 7.66 for the trip.



The OM said she'd like to give me my bonus, but do to mega carrier company drivers working for nothing, we must tighten our belts to remain competitive.

 

Well we got unloaded. As we're leaving some DUDE from Landstarve calls about this load going back to Midwest.

But we don't have the hours.

So he's seeing if he can move the appointments.

Someone needs to make up their mind though, cause the eyelids are getting heavy.

If I'd just started home, I'd be turning around in my yard about now, cause they'd have said ok.

 

Its like saying real basketball was only when michael Jordan was playing or bill russel... Or real golf was Ben hogan and Jack... Or real baseball was babe Ruth and willie mays. Its 2 different eras ... 2 different sports... Real racing is cars going around a track.. I enjoy all types of racing because i am a real racing fan.. Nascar is just one of those types of racing... But u old guys always think everything was better in the 70s and 80s.. I should tell you all these racers now are way more talented than anybody you mentioned... As well as Mike trout is better than babe Ruth... Lebron is better than mj.. Tiger is better than Jack... And really its not even close with any of them...richard petty as good as he was , could not keep up with the new drivers if he was racing in his prime right now... Its a whole different game nowadays.
