    A man seeking to buy some land in AR is riding with a RE agent. They are on 79 and 165 and 65 at various times as it skirts the west side of the MS river backwaters.
    Seeing the swampy sloughs and cypress saplings and undergrowth he asks how much does land like this go far.... RE man give him a figure. Man is horrified.
    What in the world makes that land worth that??? RE man explains...
    It has water, a plus.. It has timber (future plus).. But the main thing, it holds the world together. You take a piece of that land out, the world will fall apart...
    Man worked for "Strout Realty" up in AR and MO in the day... Must hve retired to AZ, with such land prices.....
