    I drove a 1987 just like that one (mine was black , nice truck) probably a B model in it not a 1693

    It would be an open face with bacon.....

    I like to take an extra sour sourdough sandwich/hoagie roll and toast it up under the broiler with Garlic spread.

    Once the garlic starts to brown pull it out and cover with crumbled bacon then Sharp cheddar cheese, put back in the oven enough to melt with a slight browning of the cheese.

    A friend of mine has a wife that's a lush, that used to try and make these bacon wrapped dove breast.

    Maybe one bite total, and the bacon was always raw.

    Never seen the point of bothering some critters that ain't bothering me.
