    None of it matters without the steely-eyed singleness of purpose to see it through.

    You obviously have that.

    I salute you, and I hope you are getting the results you want. It seems you are.

    I had that singleness of purpose once in my life.

    I ate two cans of soup a day, had hot tea in between, and exercised vigorously every day.

    I lost 24 pounds in 21 days.

    I think of that every time you post "RAVENOUS HUNGER".

    One time during those 21 days, I awoke gasping from a nightmare that I was choking on an entire slice of pepperoni pizza. I had tinnitus that sounded like bacon frying.

    Thing is, I no longer have that singleness of purpose. I could die today and be happy I have seen enough.

    On the other hand, God might be trying to tell me, "It ain't all about YOU, ya fat ####! Put down the donuts and PARTICIPATE IN YOUR LIFE!"

    Or maybe not. Whaddafugduwino?....

    The only thing we've had resembling cookies or anything nefarious is the day I gave blood.

    Whatever is the baby package of Oreos they give you, and a bag of chips.

    Gained 3 pounds.

    Holy cow I looked it up, I can't believe bike's go for that these days. I kept getting redirected after I saw the prices. You sure you're not an under paid, over worked landstarve driver. Lol (joking)

    Barney Trucking offered me a local job, but we'd have to move to Globe.

    Nothing wrong with Globe if you're a work all the time, outdoors type, but doesn't work now.

    Will do the trials. We are not allowed grills here. Guess the danger of fire to the premises or injury to an elder.
    No problem, I have a good stove, temps, timer and pan/foil. Looking fwd to trying it.

    Exercised the truck today put on about 40 miles…… bought a little fuel to keep my nastc card alive too….

    heart ain’t in it….. taking the summer off then we shall see.
