    Yep built up iron levels when doing chemo. Will do it again. Problem I want answered from Doc is what and why is it low now. Check my poo daily to make sure I'm need leaking again. Oh well just another stair to climb.

    Probably body just needs to return to normal.

    Ask if the artificially introduced iron makes the brain send signals to marrow saying," We're good, don't make any more."

    Wife asked the other day about smoking some liver and making Chili with it.

    Said she was feeling a bit off....... Of course I had to come back with a sarcastic "You are a bit off..... You put up with me".

    Was leaning toward using Lentils and black beans as filler for the added iron content.
