Or they used to sell tailpipe whistles. Jam it all the way in with a broom stick and watch and wait. It had flanges that expanded to hold it in. Just wear gloves.

Zip ties to the drive shaft. Use black ones though.

zip tie a harmonica where it will catch air. Explains to mechanic " My car makes a weird sound anytime I go over 30 mph, gets worse as I go faster"
