    I let my da know when I came back on the road 7 -8 weeks ago. First want to get my one year in. I agree. Waiting till tomorrow to cool down over it.

    The cool down time is probably a good thing.

    I would still ask what happened that caused them to fail to get you home as requested.

    Check if this is a random one off or a problem in their management system.

    Employment is a two sided contract, It is just as acceptable for you to terminate them for "due cause" as them to terminate you.
