We all have a lot to live for, just different things in different situations.
When my Mother passed, 2 older sister (never married) had lived with her and shared all household living expenses for years. Us other 4 had married and moved around with job changes etc. We returned from the cemetery and got together in the LR of the family hone. Reviewed the services and we all prepared to leave for our own homes, Grenada, Columbus, and Tuscaloosa. Oh, one other thing...
We handed two sisters a quitclaim deed to the house and property, from us. We had went our way, they had elected to stay there. It was the right thing to do.

Well all the Sunday leave outs were taken (I hate being #137 on the seniority) so I have a long weekend and start Monday morning with a NE Texas run.

You got to spend some money to make money.....

The new APU should make the OM and driver less grumpy allowing them to generate more revenue.

Paying the $58 electric bill does not make us any money.

Helps keep the Casa in good shape so you can ride the rising tide of real estate.

Shouldn't the Casa be increasing in value every year, and by more than the annual utility bills?
