40 to 50 a week... Its a larger equipment manufacturer that runs a pretty tight ship.

The problem as I see it is as follows...

This area is FLOODED with decent welders. Every farm kid the age of 15 can produce somewhat acceptable welds, by time they get out of high school they see that $18 to $20 an hr. and all but fall over themselves getting in line to sign up.

While I on the other hand can weld circles around them and have to fight tooth and nail to get $22 to $26 an hour... Which MIGHT be enough for me and the family to scape by.

 

AND on that note Opus Happy Birthday! Just don't fart when you blow out all the candles and good God there must be a bunch of them.

I'm so #### frustrated right now... I'm on the verge of wanting to go postal!!! I mean seriously, $20/hr. For a welder that can reliably produce welds like as those below.... When he is out of practice and only welds a couple hours every few weeks!!!!!!
